(These rates are for 6 people or less, an additional charge of $300.00 for using the
sleeper sofa for max total 8 guests.)
$500.00 refundable security deposit.
12.5% tax and $130 cleaning fee.
Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out by 10:00 am
No smoking or pets.
No students or unaccompanied minors.
